Hi All,
Started a new Jira Service Management project. Experimented with some workflows, but they broke my board.
Now it just pops us and says my project is not configured for this, but when I click to configure it, it goes nowhere. There also aren't any board options in the business project, so I cant seem to edit it anyway!
How can I fix or edit my board in a Jira Service Management Project?
Thanks in advance guys.
I don’t use boards with my JSM projects however for business projects I know if you edit the workflow it will break the board. Business projects and possibly JSM projects require that the workflow remain simple as defined by the template. You could always create a kanban board via a predefined filter and set your location to be your profile then add a link to your project page to that board.
Thanks for the response. I would be interested to know:
1. How do I unbreak it? It worked fine with my modified workflow right up to the point that I added a second workflow in, then it stopped working.
2. How do I make a kanban board in a business project? I cant see that option anywhere.

To be honest I’m not exactly sure how you would Unbreak it. Unless you had a back up of the original workflow in which case you could just restore that workflow. Regarding creating a kanban board you can follow the following steps:

I managed to unbreak it via the workflows associated with tickets.
I don't think you can create Kanban boards in Jira Service projects. Only Jira software.
Thanks anyway though!

I have been able to create campaign boards for JSM projects.
