Configure an auto-response for users who trigger the "self-signup is disabled" error

We receive emails from users who have not been invited, the emails are ignored by Jira, and we are given the below error in the logs:
"Sorry, self-signup is disabled for this help center. You need to be invited first."
How do I set up an automatic reply to let the user know they haven't been invited and will need to request access?
