I want to configure only one email address for all JSM Projects e.g support@mzm24.atlassian.net and I want to differentiate via incoming email address. For e.g, if the Incoming sender's email address is moazzam@hbl.com so the ticket will open In HBL Project if the sender's email address is moazzam@ubl.com so the ticket will open in the UBL project. Is it possible?

You should create a single JSM project then and funnel all requests through that.
Then you can have Automation rules to handle the distribution
