Completed tickets won't go away when I tried to complete the sprint.

Dear community,

I've been facing this issue for several weeks.

This problem occurred after I edited the workflow. I set the workflow to have more than one done status, which is cancelled and finished.

After the problem occur, I reset the workflow back to what it was, but, the problem is still there.

Is there any solution? or is there anyone facing this problem too?

Hi @NOPDANAI DEJVORAKUL , 

welcome to the community! 

I think I answered a similar question a few days ago. The last column of your board marks issues as "done" for the sprint, not any status. So you need to add all you different "done" statuses in the same last column from your board to mark them as done for the sprint.

Hi @NOPDANAI DEJVORAKUL , you can have multiple ‘done’ statuses in a CMP project. You need to simply ensure that all of these statuses are in the right most column of your scrum board to ensure the are considered complete in a sprint.
