Estoy buscando automatizar el envio de correos cuando se abre un ticket en Jira, sin embargo tambien quiero que aparezca en el correo el detalle del ticket.

Welcome to the community. By the default in JSM, when an issue is created, it already sends out an notification to the requester. You can configure the default template used by accessing Project settings >> Customer Notifications and edit the out of the box template by clicking on the "edit" option for "Request Created" event.
In the edit UI, you can customize the content by changing the wordings + insert the available issue variable to the template -
However, you want to send out specific email outside of the default notification, then you can create automation rules to achieve the operation - Please review the reference link for automation for Jira rules -
