Commenting on tickets using integration webhooks automation

Hi, I'm new to developing apps with Forge UI and Forge API and I have a question.

I want to know how do I implement integration webhooks to an app.

The workflow is the following: A user creates and issue and as soon as this issue is created it calls an AI model to write an internal comment, without using the automation rules.

How can I achieve this? what API URL should I call?
