HI
We have a number of 'dead' tickets that we need to close but do not want to notify the reporter?
I would like to do this ticket by ticket and not in bulk if possible.
Any ideas please?

You could create a new notification scheme with limited notifications and use that temporarily while you're cleaning up the issues. Then switch back when you're done with the clean up activity.
