When an issue is cloned it is showing the below formatting in the description field on the cloned issue.
<b>Name:</b> John Smith
<b>Preferred Name:</b> John
It would normally show
Name: John Smith
Preferred Name: John
This is for Jira Cloud and for a Service Project.
