Clone Issue Automation Error: "Error creating issue"

Hello,

I have a service management project for which I take some requests. I want to clone these requests to another Jira software scrum project as a task. However, I got an error, and couldn't figure out how to fix it. I would appreciate it if you could help me. Here are the screenshot of the automation and the log.

The RSP project has the task issue type so there should be no problem cloning into that as I am not pulling any different fields.

Hi @Özge Özgenç

Based on configuration screenshot everything looks ok.

You can check if on RSPF project there are required fields. Maybe this is it.

Also what you can do is to contact with Atlassian support (https://support.atlassian.com). Probably there will be able to get more info about this error.
