We are 3 agents in our JSM projects and we need the rest of the company with the Collaborator role o be able to see the Clients & Organization part of the ticket, to get all informations and context about our client's request.
Yet, this part is not visible to them ? Is there a way around ?

If a user in the company is a collaborator on the project, they are able to see the JSM issues and the organization and and request participants on an issue.
They are not able to have access to the service project interface (queues, reports, and SLAs) and can’t work on issues (for example, log work or transition them).
There is no way around this, this is only accessible for licensed JSM users.
