I have an internal status of 'Not Possible/Won't Do' that is set to show to the customer as 'Done'. The issue I am having is that the internal status still shows to the customer in the activity feed.
Is there any way to update these to the status displayed to the client or remove status updates from the activity stream?

I have a status closed on my workflow and this show to the customer as Won't Do
