Hi All!
We have created an automation for the customers to get notified for when any comment in the tickets is added, we have added description we want to see in the email, however we want to make it display the Title of the ticket but with URL of the ticket in it and to be clickable (same as it looks in the Jira notification that usually happens automatically)
So we want a link to the ticket in the motivation email not to look like and actual link that leads to the ticket when you click it, but as in the screenshot attached.
Is it possible?
You can send Emails in HTML format from Automation rules as well. So you would "just" need to figure out the HTML Code for the button.
You can save a Standard Jira Email as HTML and open it with a Text-Editor. I'd expect quite a long and complex file but in theory you can copy parts of it and reuse in Automation.
hi @Vera Valshonok
If you go under your Persona Jira settings, you can find in the end of the page the email format as attached. Let me know if it works :)
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
I believe that our app Notification Assistant for Jira might be able to assist you in this case.
It offers fully customizable templates, notifications rules, and you can set the recipient of the notifications as you wish (including external email addresses).
