How can we allow "Attachments" to forms so that customer submitting requests using Jira Service Management, can attach photos / videos / pdf etc. please?
We kept everything default, I expected attachments option to be present by default.

Can you please make sure that you have added "Attachment" field to the request form of request type. If you have added, then it must be visible in the customer portal.

I had not added it actually, I had kept everything to default. But now after adding it, all's well.
