Choose multiple items in one ticket (issues)

Good morning,

I have created a Service Project, in in the multiple portal groups. In those Project Groups there a a couple of items. 

Does one of you know if you (the requester) can choose multiple items in one ticket?

Thank for the reply - I mean issues.

Eg.
Portal group it's called: TRAVEL
Items to choose from (issues)
* Credit card
* Taxi
* Hotel

I was wondering if people can choose more than one issue

If those values are Request Types/Issue Types, then No, you can only choose one at a time.
