Child Parent Organization

I want to create a parent organization which has childeren (sub) organizations. 

For example: We have a major X company which has branches A, B, C company. When an issue is created by A, B, C we want to see their organization as X. Also we want to see all branches as separate for filters. 

Is this possible?
