How can we transfer ticket from one project to another service project

Technically this is possible by moving ticket from one project to other one but you need to be aware that:

- issue key will change (this can confuse user)

- request type from new service project need to be assigned to ticket to keep user access to the ticket via portal (tip: see this doc or use automation rule)
