I have set up the Assist chat feature so customers can raise requests from Slack. I added the request types that I want them to use as well. I tested everything to make sure it works. I have one request type that has a form attached to it as well. When I try to raise a request using that request type, I don't get the option to fill out the form. Is there a setting that I am missing to allow the form to be filled out by using the Assist feature in slack or is that not an option?
