Chat Feature

I have set up the Assist chat feature so customers can raise requests from Slack. I added the request types that I want them to use as well. I tested everything to make sure it works. I have one request type that has a form attached to it as well. When I try to raise a request using that request type, I don't get the option to fill out the form.  Is there a setting that I am missing to allow the form to be filled out by using the Assist feature in slack or is that not an option?

Currently forms are not supported in Assist, there is a suggestion to have that added, see JSDCLOUD-13190. I would suggest that you go there and add your vote to it.

Does anyone know plans for chat feature, chat bot within JSM. Plans to release.
