Hello,
At present, the order of Resolutions is the same for the whole Jira instance.
We'd like to change the order and the default of Resolutions by project (Company-managed projects only).
For instance, Project A has a default of Unresolved and shows Won't do as second choice. Project B has a default of Done and shows Unresolved as second choice.
Is that possible ?
Thank you
Currently the feature to re-order the resolution based on the project level is not available. There is a ticket with Atlassian, you can watch & vote the ticket. You'll be notified if they have any feature development - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-24167
But if you would like to limit the resolution based on the project, you can achieve it through the workflow properties. Kindly check out this - https://valiantys.com/en/blog/atlassian-administration/jira-workflow-limiting-resolution-field-options/
Hope this helps!
Thanks,
Sharu

Thanks @Sharu - Empyra I see the feature has currently just one vote...no hope to see it implemented I guess. Anyway, I'll add mine.

Hello @Pierangelo Repetti
Yes, the order can be changed.
To do this:
3. Use the arrows within the Order column to move them up and down - for example Done was first, I clicked on the down arrow and it moved down

that's an order valid for all the projects in our Jira. I want to change the order for just one project.
Thank you

Sadly no, this cannot be changed per project, it reflects to all of the projects
