Changing the Customer Service Centre portal URL

Does anyone know if its possible to change the URL used by the Customer facing portal in the Cloud version of Jira Service Management? I can find documentation about how to do it for the server version, but nothing that says that you can't do it for Cloud?

You cannot currently define custom URLs for your portals. There is a suggestion open on this - CLOUD-6999 - Allow custom domains for Cloud apps that is in progress and may ultimately meet your needs.
