Changing existing Product Site URL to a previous one ?

Hi,

My current JIRA URL is vilicom-enterprise, I'm trying to change that to just to vilicom but am not able to do so. As I understand there seems to be one of the following issue.

1) Either someone else is using it (unsure I'm checking internally about this)

2) The previous URL was vilicom and was changed to vilicom-enterprise

My question is in case of 2) can I know how to revert back to vilicom ?
