Changing Privileges For Team Member

Can we change the privileges for some team members on a particular project in the free version of Jira Software ??

I have 3 projects and I want to work on those three projects without getting the other team members to see the other projects that I'm working on them.

Note: that all of the following cases are on the free version. 

How can we solve this issue ??

I've found an article posted by Atlassian that suggests you cannot edit project permissions, roles or configure issue level security on the Free plan of Jira Software or Jira Service Management. However here is a link on how project permissions work in Free plans.
