Change url

good morning

I would like to know how to change a url: example

I have my jira service managment project and it gives me a url
https://integrait.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/9

But this url I want to redirect to support.integrait.co

This can be changed by jira to perform the redirection of the link or touch with the dns?

Hey @Juan Carlos Cardenas Padilla

Currently there is no option to configure JSM Customer portal to be redirected to a custom URL.

Maybe you can check with your IT Team about redirection or create a static html page for support.integrait.co which does the redirection to Customer portal URL.
