Eric Wikman

Hi,

How do I edit list view columns for "my open requests" in the customer portal?
The customer wants to add a specific column which is not shown.

Hi @Eric Wikman

You can refer to this KB in order to configure the list view on the customer portal for customers.

https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/customize-the-columns-in-your-customers-requests-list/

If the field is not available it may not just be possible to add it at the moment.

Currently, you can only choose from a list of predefined columns and cannot add custom columns to the requests list.

Thanks for the answer @Florian Bonniec

The field/column could not be found, "No options".

Eric

Ya on my side it's the same. I do not even have what they suggest in the kb (assignee and created date)

Hi @Eric Wikman ,

Unfortunately, the “My open requests” list in the portal isn’t fully configurable, so you can’t add any field as a column. If the field you’re looking for isn’t part of the predefined list, it won’t be possible to show it there.

As an alternative, you can explore Marketplace apps that provide more advanced self-service capabilities for portal users. For example,  our app Advanced Portal Reports allows customers to view additional Jira fields (including custom ones), along with filtering and reporting options.

BR,

Elitsa
