Since last Friday, May 2nd, we have noticed that the IS_PUBLIC field within the COMMENTS table always appears as FALSE, regardless of whether the Jira ticket has internal or external comments. Could you please check it?

Hi @Saturnino Acitores Peñafiel
So you are exporting Jira information, are you using the API or a 3rd party app for this?

Hi @Saturnino Acitores Peñafiel
This is not Atlassian API, but a 3rd party app that is used.
PowerBi connector for Jira, which section are these settings from Jira or JSM specific.
Are the issues in the Excel from a JSM project or a non-JSM project.
The API for JSM comments states that based on internal or external the value is set to False or True.
It can be an issue with the 3rd party app. Present their support with this issue.
