I've managed to change the Customer Portal domain to one more "corporative" so, clients can access using this new name (iex ticketing.company.es/servicedesk/customer/portal)
But I'd like to know if it's possible to change the domain, not for the Custom Portal, but the main site, so our technical specialists can access it easily.
exactly the same concern.
i'd like to know how to change the URL of the "main site" from https://mycompany.atlassian.net to something that uses our domain.
i was able to configure it for our customer portal but not for our "main site"
ive seen https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/add-a-custom-domain/ however, when adding a custom domain for our "main site" under the "product" dropdown, the "main site" option is not available.
Hi @Chema Martínez welcome to the community! If I understand you correctly, you would like to change Companyname.atlassian.net to something different?
It's my understanding that on the cloud, you would still need to use Atlassian's cloud, but you can make a custom domain that is using your company's domain. You can create a Custom Domain for each of your systems under Administration / Products / Product URLs.
Here's a KB Article from Atlassian with more information.
Hope that helps.

Hi Dan!,
Currently, we have the URL https://mycompany.atlassian.net, that leads to the main Service Management Application, in wich our agents work. We also have the Customer Portal, for allowing clients to request us issues.
We set up a custom domain (ticketing.services.mycompany.es) in order to change the Customer Portal URL, so it become easier to remember. The point here is that, during this process, we cannot add a custom domain for other thing that's not the Customer Portal itself (iex, the main app)
Specifically, we'd like to access to https://mycompany.atlassian.net by using, for example, https://company_subdomain.mycompany.net.
