Change Management + The Power of JSM

Hi Community,

I'm looking for ideas on how we can level-up our current JSM offering, in particular how we can utilise the full suite of Atlassian features (be it filters, automation, Confluence etc).

It would be great to hear stories of how others are delivering change management.

Background:

• Atlassian Cloud customer
• JSM Premium
• ITSM Change Management process already in place but now looking to improve it as we scale.

I'd love to know your tips and advice, from quick wins through to complete process overhauls!

Could you list which ITSM features you are already using in Jira? Regarding change management, what does your development structure look like? I think it would be more helpful to have more details about your environment so we can better assist you.
