Can anyone point me to the setting to change the logo that appears at the bottom of a password reset email just above the "Powered by Jira Service Management" text?
I took over for a consulting company that implemented our Jira site, and it appears that the image they used has a transparent background and doesn't show up white backgrounds... It is not the logo in "Look and Feel" section of system settings, and I can't seem to find it in any of the site admin settings. I've also checked at the Product settings level and at the project level.
@Josh
I hope this reply finds you well.
This is not possible in cloud at this time but there is a request for this option: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-4622
I would add my upvote on this if you need this as a business requirement. You can comment on this and the importance to you and your organization.
I hope this help answer your question.
Hi Josh, there is currently a suggestion that was entered into Atlassian's jira site to allow admins to change that logo. Feel free to vote for and watch that issue. It is JSDCLOUD-3432 .
It was suggested to avoid using white logos when setting up the system.
I just did that as well.
Hope that helps.

Hello Dan,
Even if I use an alternate logo in the Look and Feel section, it still retains the same old logo... The problem definition takes me to the Look and Feel section, but when I changed that logo, the email notifications did not change.
Currently it is not possible to edit logo that is sent by Jira Service Desk customer notifications. It defaults to the Jira Logo set here:
This causes and issue when using a white logo since the email is also white.
