We have for the past year been using Jira Service Managment, and our Users/Clients are happy to report and solve/comment issues.
In a recent domain change we have changed from .dk to .com on our mail domain, and this now provides a lot of grief and questions about cases which are now "stuck" with usernames/mails to the .dk domain.
Is there anyway to edit all Clients or append the new mail domain .com?
Atlassian Support can do this with back-end scripts. They've done it several times for us when migrating from server to cloud. Just submit a ticket.
