I am just trying to figure out the trial version. i only have three users, all are setup as admins as we are just getting started. On the list of tickets page I can change the Assignee field, and the list of users show up. (works here)
But on the detail page, the assignee page the list of users does not show up when I click the field. Only "Automatic" and 'Unassigned" show up. Reporter works correctly, just not Assigned. I should be able to assign a ticket to someone else from this page. Thanks
If you click on the assignee (Daniel Eggers) can you not type in new assignee?
I can type them in, but they do not show up on the drop down. The item under it Reporter everyone shows up. Just not Assignee.
