Cannot set up Approvals (option does not show in diagram)

I'm currently using the free Cloud service, and want to set up Approvers for my workflows.

I have researched the documentation on the site (in particular, this, this and this)

I cannot get the option to show up in the diagram options when clicking on a status with more than one transition (as shown on the first link).

I have configured Jira as a Scrum set up - not sure if that's having an impact on the above changes.

I am a full administrator (as I set Jira up).

Do you published the workflow in a active project ?

You can add approvals in two ways

1 - Editing a active workflow then add the approvals then publish they again ( i think it's easier)

2 - You can add approvals in status using properties in the status, as shown below ( i think it's more dificulty this way)
