Cannot see project setting

hi i am new to jira.

i created a service management project with multiple agent. 

i ended the trial period but since i need 1 agent i removed the old wrong agent. 

now i am no more able to see my project settings.

 

any help?

It seems the account you login with has no JSM agent license assigned.

Check if your account is set to be an agent in JSM.

Hi Matteo, when the JSM trial ends the project may become restricted if there’s no active Service Management license. Since you now only have 1 agent, check Jira settings > Products to confirm your license and ensure your user is a project admin. Without an active JSM license, project settings won’t be fully accessible.
