Cannot find "Import from CSV" button for Customers in Jira Service Management

I can export my customers to CSV from the Customers page, but I cannot find any way to import them back (or import new ones).

When I go to:

• Service Project → Customers → Customers tab

I don’t see the Import from CSV button or Manage details → Import from CSV option.

Is there another way to bulk import many customers at once?

Hi @yuen ka ho ,

You should see the button under the "Manage" option on the customer page.
