Cannot add one user to the project

I'm quoting Petter_Gonçalves from Atlassian team 

"Please, follow the steps below to properly troubleshoot what could be causing the mentioned error when the user tries to log in:

1 - Click on the cog icon at the bottom-left corner > User management > Find the user in the menu > Click on Show product access and check if the user is properly configured with the correct application access:

2 - If you are using any external authentication methods (SAML SSO, G Suite), can you please confirm that the user is properly configured in that?

3 - Try to remove the user and re-invite him

4 - Ask the user to try to log in at https://id.atlassian.com
