Hi everyone,
I’m setting up a new workspace using the free tier and have installed Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.
I created a space in Service Management with the "Customer service management" template. (work types: question, problem, suggestion)
In Jira Service Management, I created 8 organizations and added several customers to each of them (via: workspace.atlassian.net/jira/customer-service/organizations).
However, when I create a new ticket and try to select an Organization, the dropdown shows “No options”, even though the organizations exist.
Question:
How can I make the organizations I created appear in the Organization field when creating a ticket?
Thanks for the help!
Hi all,
Searched for hours and hours and then the next morning suddenly you have it... 🤦🏻
I experienced the same behavior at assigning Responders to Alerts. Then I tried to type the responder manually... and then you can select the responder group...
Tried it for Organizations as well. When nothing typed, you don't get a list of all organizations. you need to type the first letter to select the organization. 👍
