It seems when I edit a comment in a Jira ticket, I'm then unable to add/paste in more images/screenshots.
The images appear but are a "darker color", and when trying to save the comment, I get a generic error and it never works.
"We couldn't save your comment. It might be empty or have invalid formatting. If you copy-pasted, try removing the formatting and adding it directly in the editor"
I can then always create a new comment to get the image/screenshot to save.
Rovo claims this is a "known limitation" and that I should upvote it in the forums, but I didn't really see a similar post when searching.
What gives?

It really wouldn't be a forums thing to upvote - that would be a JAC ticket. Ask Rovo (or another AI) for the JAC ticket link for the known limitation.
