Hi everyone,
I am in the process of migrating my service desk to Jira and we have a feature in our current product that allows organisations to view all outstanding tickets for their company. Is there anything we can do to set up the same logic in Jira Service Desk?

You can actually use organizations in Jira Service Management to do that. You can read about how they work and how to set them up here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/group-customers-into-organizations/
