Can you make and sent a attachment with dynamic variables(Word or PDF)?

Dear all!

Within my company we are wondering if it is possible to make attachment that we can send with the reaction on a issue. As example: We have a question of a costumer and we need to do some consultancy based actions. We would like to make a Canned Response of a standerd template but filled in by Jira(with dynamic variables), like the name of the costumer, the name of the company and the issue number. We want to send this standard template as a attachment so the costumer can sign the attachment and return it to us. 

Is there something within Jira that we can use for this option? Maybe a app of plug-in?
