I administer a number of JSM projects at my company. We're currently using the default project sender email address of jira@my-company.atlassian.net for all of them.
I'm looking into updating this to use a custom email with our domain for some of these projects, but some of the projects would use one domain and some would use another. i.e. Project 1 would have the project sender email address of support@my-company.com, and Project 2 would have the project sender email address of help@my-other-company.org. Is this possible?
Our Jira instance has never had custom emails set up for the notification emails, so before I go to the trouble of setting this up, I want to confirm it's possible to have more than one of these.
I've already reviewed all the documentation I could find about this, and didn't see this specific question answered.
@Katie Kavett Welcome to the Atlassian community
I know you can connect multiple email addresses per the documentation here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/connect-multiple-email-addresses-to-your-service-project/
I think using two different domains would depend on how it is setup. Please see the documentation linked above on what is possible.
