Can you customized the CSAT?

Hello, 

We have CSAT turned on, but we were wondering if we could customize it to only show 2 options, good and bad. Is this possible?

Hi Andrea:

As far as I know, there is no option available yet for JSM to customize the configuration.  There is an outstanding enhancement request for this option with Atlassian - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-4986

I would recommend you to access this request and add yourself as issue watcher and add your comments.  Or, I would contact Atlassian support team for further analysis.

You may also want to search for possible third party add-on via Marketplace for solution (I am not aware of any add-on currently addressing your ask).
