Can you copy a field to use the same settings in the customer portal?

Dear reader, 

I´ m wondering if it is possible to copy a field configuration, / a field. I cannot find it anywhere. 

I would love to use the same setup with a different name above it.

For example; I have a sendbox version 1 with the same roles as sandbox 2, only the difference is the application. Is it possible to easily copy sandbox 1 configuration field? 

So I wont have to add all the same roles to version 2?

Found out that there is no copy option.
