Can we create a login-free portal for single project instead of this being a global setting?

We have approximately 20 service desk projects. We would like to enforce customer logins for 19 of these service desks but allow customers to raise tickets without logging in for 1 of these.

Is this possible?

From what I have seen this is a global setting but I would like to confirm this.

Thanks!

Hello @Charlotte Reynolds

Currently, no, this is not possible, because when you make the changes on one JSM project to have the customers to access the portal without logging in, it applies across all of the JSM projects.

Luckily, soon enough a new product is announced which is customer service management that will allow all external users to make the requests and your use case would be complete.
