I used a form in a JSM project so that I should not create new custom fields. Ideally we're going to use automations to copy the data from that JSM over to the work management project. Can we access data from a form in automations? Thank you.
Currently you can only access the data in the form in an automation rule if you have linked the form fields to Jira fields. Atlassian is releasing an API for Forms in the near future, currently the public roadmap has it scheduled for Q2 2023, which has an endpoint that allows you to get the data out of the form.
