That's it really - I'm considering changing from Zendesk to Jira SM and one snag I'm seeing is that I'll no longer have context when someone uses the widget.
With Zendesk if someone uses the widget I get alerted which page they were on, which helps with diagnosing their issue.
That doesn't seem to happen with Jira unless I've missed something?

I see that Issue Collectors share context which is what I'm looking for, but this removes the ability to surface the knowledgebase to the user. D'oh!
Seems I gain something and lose something with either option.
