Can the Canned messages be shared between two employees? For ex: The canned messages written by me can be shared with other user and vise verse. Can other user see my canned messages?

Hi Rakesh, there are two types of Canned Messages. Personal and Shared. If you make a Personal response, it's just for you. If you create a Shared response, then everyone will have access to it. Here is the Atlassian post announcing the feature: JSM May New Features
You choose what type of Canned Response it will be when you create it.
@Dan Breyen I have created several Shared canned responses as a project admin, however fellow agents are not able to see the Shared canned responses I have created to utilize. Are there special permissions that need to be assigned to agents?
