No, not yet.

Team-managed projects are not intended to be used by the wider organisation, they really are just for the team. You can only link team managed issues to Epics within the team project.

The methods they do it with are very different to the way company-managed projects do it.

If you are asking linking a team managed project's issue to a company managed project's Epic, then Yes.

I also concurred with what @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- statement. It will be great if you can provide more information on your ask - "go into"?
