Can't find "operations" option under Teams

Ksoon C May 3, 2024

I had just started exploring JSM and came across the article below about Team Operations. I would like to use the feature, but I'm not able to find the 'operations' option following the instructions

https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/service-desk-ops/introduction/launch-team-operations/

This is my team page:

My account is under JSM standard plan, is this why the "operations" option is not there? Else how can i access to this feature?

Yes, I have the same problem. I would also like to know the reason why I don't see the "operations" setting.

Im in the same boat, Im trying to use API script to create teams and then enable operations, but when I successfully create the team, the enable operations api fails with the error - Team needs at least 1 admin... But Im pretty sure Im specifing at least one admin.

Then I open the Team profile using the Atlassian web UI and the team showed correctly and its members, but I don't any option to promote them as Team admins or to Enable Operations...
Im pretty sure the team does not have Operations enabled, since inside the JSM operations overview, when I click see all Teams (will show only operation enabled teams), the newly created team is not listed... hence no operations enabled....

Atlassian, please help here !

Hi guys,

Check out this article.

I'm just starting the shift process, will see how it works, and hope it doesn't break me anything )

Operations appeared after disabling and finishing move to JSM.

I've checked out the guide, and didn't find anything that we were using in Opsgenie, thus turned the feature off, and completed the shift.
