Can't find Critical alerts feature in JSM mobile

Is there the critical alerts feature in JSM, whereby critical alerts are able to bypass Do-not-Disturb in JSM mobile?

I saw this feature in Ops Genie. Would like to know if this is possible, if not whitelisting of JSM in DnD mode would be required which would send all other alerts with lower priority as well.

I am not sure whether by default it bypasses but you can override the DnD setting for urgent alerts by adding OverwriteQuietHours tag to alerts. Hope this helps!

Just realised while testing that,

OverwriteQuietHours overrides JSM DnD/quiet hours

JSM is audible and overrides native mobile DnD by default

I just tried OverwriteQuietHours tag on an alert and saw a notification on my Android phone's notification shade briefly that said something about overriding volume for 15 seconds.. but no audible alert came through.

My phone was in Sleep Mode, which activates DnD and lowers volume, muting it.

What's the trick to get critical alerts to sound the alarms? I created a P1 alert w/ OverwriteQuietHours tag.
