Can't add Atlassian Assist to slack

When add Atlassian Assist from Jira Service Management board to slack, got this error message:

Have you cleared your cache and starting in incognito mode? Currently, from https://status.atlassian.com/ there are no incidents reported.

Hey Nikola, yes, I tried it, and my manager tried it on his account too, but it got the same error message.
