Can't access our Customer Portal – Getting "No Access" message

Hi, I'm trying to access our Jira Service Management customer portal and user Gide, but I keep getting a "No access" message saying that my account (maya.h@accsense.io) doesn’t have permission.
I’ve already cleared cookies, tried incognito mode, and confirmed that I have the correct permissions within our organization.

Can you help me understand why I still can't access the portal and how to fix it?

Hello, @Maya Hirsh ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Have you checked the channel access of the project portal you are trying to access? If the channel access is set as restricted, only people directly invited to this project can submit requests. So, if you are not added to the project you will get the same message you shared in the screenshot.
