Hi All
Now, i am setup a customer portal.
My Problem now is on Request Page Portal (as attachment) i cant show the ticket number on list columns. Because only "Summary, Status, Requester, Created date, Updated dated and Priority" can showed.
Can i have tutorial for showing the ticket number on request page portal at list columns.

Ideally Customer portal have issue number or referance number for that you need configure colum in customer portal.
Please go through this document which will help you to understand the configuration of column in customer portal.
